Brown Auto was founded to provided quality automotive service at a fair cost. The business has grown to were a team is necessary to satisfy the demand. Currently with 2 master certified technicians that dig into solving vehicle problems. There are two technicians that are the backbone of the repair work. Also, the team has two consultants that work with the customers. We all pull together to solve problems, assist each other in diagnosis. Lend hands where help is needed on a repair.
Communication is very important in the workflow. The customer needs and concerns need to be accurately described by the service consultant. The technician must thoroughly document all needed items for an estimate, prepare an estimate and relate to a consultant of what is needed. Once repairs are performed the technician must document all work completed and verify that the concern is corrected. Then the service consultant notifies the customer of progress and to make arrangements for vehicle pickup and payment. It is stressed that the quality of work and meeting customer’s needs are more important to get the volume of work completed. Without satisfied customers, the business would not grow and our family’s needs would be affected.
