- Switch was not plugged in. Re connected and confirmed that buttons work.
- Replaced both headlight assemblies with new ones. Reused customer's low beam bulbs. Retainer clips on connectors to turn signal sockets were brittle and broke when removing. The connectors are firmly seated and staying in place now. Would need to source connectors if this becomes a problem longer term.
