    • Customer states car went in ditch. Now transmission acting up. Did single drain and fill of old fluid but still has problems. Diagnose.
    • TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY – Removal & Installation – w/o Engine Removal – [DOES NOT include wheel alignment.]
    • Complete. Rotated tires to eliminate tire pull.
    • 2" flex pipe welded in to replace broken flex pipe.

    • 1. Lubricate and checked chassis. Changed oil and oil filter. Checked all fluid levels and topped off fluids that needed topped. Checked the tire pressure to 32 PSi. 2. Tire tread depth – LF _6_/32, RF _6_/32, RR _8_/32, RL _8_/32. 3. TIRE ROTATION – Yes 4. Preformed basic safety inspection. Job Completed.
    • Brake pads all 6-8mm. Pulsation coming from front and rear brakes. All caliper and hydraulic funtions ok. Checked with customer and stated rotors were turned recently but shimmy cam back. Advised to replace pads and rotors.
    • Rotated tires front to back. Currently Front tires are _8_/32 and Rear Tires are _6_/32. Inspected the brake pads for wear. The front has ___MM pad life left and the rear has ___MM Pad/Shoe life left. Brake Inspection and Tire Rotation completed.
    • Removed and replaced the rear brake pads, rotors and hardware. Cleaned and greased all friction points on the caliper chassis, the guide pins and serviced the calipers pistons. Cleaned the brake rotor mating surface on the hub assembly and applied never seize to prevent rust build up. Secured all bolts and torqued them to spec. Test drove and verified no brake pulsations, grinding, squealing, pulling one way or the other while applying brakes. Job completed.

    • Front pads are metal to metal Front caliper compress and the slides are frozen Rear pads are at 4mm caliper compress and the slides are free. Also front rotors are warped causing a pulsation at higher speeds.
    • Removed and replaced the front brake pads, rotors and hardware. Cleaned and greased all friction points on the caliper chassis, the guide pins and serviced the calipers pistons. Cleaned the brake rotor mating surface on the hub assembly and applied never seize to prevent rust build up. Secured all bolts and torqued them to spec. Test drove and verified no brake pulsations, grinding, squealing, pulling one way or the other while applying brakes. Job completed.
    • stored codes in ecm p0031 and p0051 both for heater issues with front oxygen sensors. Would require diagnosis to determine if a circuit issue or problem with oxygen sensors.
