    • Dag led to a faulty Totally integrated power module. All odd electrical issues were traced back to items controlled by the TIPM. Advising to change the TIPM and reevaluate.
    • completed. repllaced the module. verified no trouble codes setting after installing. power locks worked properly. wiper no longer swiping at times as starting. remotes were working as well and not wokring prior to changing the tipm.

    • 1. Lubricate and checked chassis. Changed oil and oil filter. Checked all fluid levels and topped off fluids that needed topped. Checked the tire pressure to 32 PSi. 2. Tire tread depth – LF _10_/32, RF _10_/32, RR _8_/32, RL _8_/32. 3. TIRE ROTATION – Yes / 4. Preformed basic safety inspection. Job Completed.
    • Test drove and duplicated vibration at 62mph. Drove faster and vibration went away. Recommend tire balance and possible rotation. Also noted a wheel bearing starting to make noise. Possibly on passenger side. Monitor.
    • Remove wheels from vehicle. Inspect brakes. Computer spin balance. Reinstall wheels to vehicle and torque lug nuts to manufacturer's specifications. Balanced all 4 wheels. Found bent wheel at front right. Rotated newer tires to rear of vehicle as rear wheel drive car and to move bent wheel to rear right. Brake have 8mm lining left in front. Rear inside pads at 3mm. Will need to plan for rear brakes. Job complete

    • C/S vehicle overheats. changed thermostat already. When driving longer distance sometimes losses coolant and does not overheat on every trip. coolant is pushed out of overflow tank.
    • Cooling system cleaner added and thermostat removed. Engine thoroughly flushed. Flush complete.
    • RADIATOR – Remove & Replace – V8,Automatic Trans
    • Pressure tested system. No odor of exhaust gasses in coolant. Removed thermostat and revealed sludge in cooling system Radiator fins very clogged looking. Advised to replace radiator and do a thorough coolant flush to clean block and rest of cooling system and reevaluate. After service, truck driven on 2 long test drives to confirm repair. No overheating or coolant smells or leaks.

    • Removed and replaced the front brake pads, rotors and hardware. Cleaned and greased all friction points on the caliper chassis, the guide pins and serviced the calipers pistons. Cleaned the brake rotor mating surface on the hub assembly and applied never seize to prevent rust build up. Secured all bolts and torqued them to spec. Test drove and verified no brake pulsations, grinding, squealing, pulling one way or the other while applying brakes. Job completed.

    • Test drove vehicle. Confirmed customer concern turning right in circles. Screeching noise from left front increasing with speed. Also some tire hop at higher speeds. May benefit from tire balance. Found broken clip in front left caliper making screaching noise when turning. Tires underinflated. Removed caliper and bracket. Replaced clips. Inflated tires and test drove. All concerns remedied. Check engine light on for P0128. Recommend replace thermostat.

Preformed basic safety inspection. wheel bearing noise and RF axle shaft click. NOTE: put oil change at 3000 miles as the oil was very dark and way past what sticker mileage was posted. Job Completed.
    • Noise is a wheel bearing noise. lifted vehicle and isolated noise to RF wheel bearing. no looseness or plain wheel bearing. Also in 4wd there is a clicking sound on turns from the front. FOund the right outer CV axle joint split and dirty grease in joint. recommend replacing the right axle shaft with wheel bearing replacement.
