  • 1. Lubricate and checked chassis. Changed oil and oil filter. Checked all fluid levels and topped off fluids that needed topped. Checked the tire pressure to 32 PSi. 2. Tire tread depth – LF _7_/32, RF _7_/32, RR _7_/32, RL 7__/32. 3. TIRE ROTATION – Yes 4. Preformed basic safety inspection. Job Completed.
  • check tires. a thump noise when first starting that goes away as tires warm.
  • rotate tires. check all suspension. hearing a noise.
  • Rotated tires front to back. Currently Front tires are _7_/32 and Rear Tires are _7_/32. Inspected the brake pads for wear. The front has _7__MM pad life left and the rear has _10__MM Pad/Shoe life left. Brake Inspection and Tire Rotation completed.

  • Found noise coming from top of rack and pinion unit. added a lubricant to input shaft and noise stopped. Likely will return and from the dust seal for input shaft.
  • Removed trim pieces and console items to replace the button assembly. Verified no longer duplicating the heater issue after repairs.
  • U0423-82 stored in hvac module. cleared this code and all other codes. no reset procedures for hvac available on scanner. Diag led to a faulty button and temperature control unit.
