    • Van leaking transmission fluid from manifold to trans cooler. Throttle body connector is broken. Vacuum lines to air intake tube with broken mount tab. Temporary repairs done to stop trans fluid from leaking by removing grille and repositioning lines to cooler block. Vacuum lines pushed back in to air tube. Throttle body reconnected and codes cleared. Also noted damage to AC condenser, oil dipstick tube and fan shroud beyond cosmetic damage. Could be other problems with air temp sensor and blind spot sensor. Was unable to check transmission fluid level.

    • p0717 or 1785 in engine module. abs-c1352, c1707, c1035, c1210, c1701, c1705, c1173. trans p0717 signal from component y3/8n1 turbine speed sensor data not avaialble.
    • intermittently sets a transmission fault code. when current shifting is harsh. possibly after c=vehicle sits the trans will rest.
    • Replaced rebuilt transmission control module with valve body. Installed new filter. Filled transmission fluid to correct level and test drove to confirm repair.

    Services Performed
    • Rear brakes in need of replacement. Electronic wear indicator active. Pads at 1-2mm. Fronts good.
    • Complete
    • Bulb not replaceable. Must replace daytime running lamp assembly. Moisture noted in passenger side as well. Should replace at same time.
    • Removed and replaced the rear brake pads, rotors and hardware. Cleaned and greased all friction points on the caliper chassis, the guide pins and serviced the calipers pistons. Cleaned the brake rotor mating surface on the hub assembly and applied never seize to prevent rust build up. Secured all bolts and torqued them to spec. Test drove and verified no brake pulsations, grinding, squealing, pulling one way or the other while applying brakes. Job completed.
