- 1. Lubricate and checked chassis. Changed oil and oil filter. Checked all fluid levels and topped off fluids that needed topped. Checked the tire pressure to 32 PSi. 2. Tire tread depth – LF 9/32, RF 9/32, RR 9/32, LR 9/32. 3. TIRE ROTATION – No, If "No" – Then when? Next service. 4. Preformed basic safety inspection. Job Completed.
- Drain the coolant in the engine and the radiator. Flushed and refilled the cooling system with 2 gallons coolant. Road tested and verified the engine ran fine at normal operating temperature and the cabin heater operational. Job completed.
- Flushed the transmission as needed. Topped off the trans fluid to manufacturers spec after flushing the system through. Test drove and verified the transmission shifted fine. Job completed.
- P0299 – Turbocharger under performing. Checked the oil and coolant feed lines and verified that the lines are bad and has effected the turbo performance. Recommend the customer to have the turbo, oil feed and coolant feed lines. Flush the coolant and perform LOF as well. Provided estimates. Diagnostic completed.
- Replaced coolant feed line for turbo as needed, labor over lap with replacing the turbo. Job completed.
- Replaced the turbo oil feed and return lines as needed. Labor over lap with replacing the turbo. Job completed.
- Replaced turbocharger and all related gasket as needed. Cleared the DTC and test drove several times and the codes stayed off and the DTC stayed clear. Job completed.
