- Customer states: Car jumping on highway – lights on dash – grinding when accelerating or turning
- P2646 Rocker Arm Control Valve A stuck on/off. Checked oil level and found to be 2.5q low. Topped off oil and test drove after clearing code. Code did not return while testing. Need to check for oil leaks or possible oil consumption. Oil condition black, change recommended. Top of oil dipstick broken off. Needs new dipstick.

- There is a heat shield rattling only duplicated at 1900-2000 RPM. Adjusted heat shields on catalytic converters. Test drove and eliminated noises.
- 1. Lubricate and checked chassis. Changed oil and oil filter. Checked all fluid levels and topped off fluids that needed topped. Checked the tire pressure to 32 PSi. 2. Tire tread depth – LF _8_/32, RF _8_/32, RR _8_/32, RL _8_/32. 3. TIRE ROTATION – No, If "No" – Then when? Check next LOF 4. Preformed basic safety inspection. Job Completed.
- Found oil residue under engine. Appears to be up as high as valve cover on front of engine. Cleaned area around oil filter, pressure sensor and filter adapter. Ran engine and did not get fresh oil after running engine. Advised to continue to monitor oil level between oil changes. Changed oil change service interval to 3000 mile sticker.
