Heavy pitting on insides of all rotors. Rotors too close to discard thickness to recommend turning. All calipers compress correctly. Recommend all pads and rotors.
Rear parking brake shoe lining is missing. Adjusters are seized. Cables operational.
Idler and Pitman arms have a little bit of movement. All tie rod ends, ball joints and chassis parts good and tight.

Found both rear shocks leaky. Recommend replacement. No other trouble found.
Removed and replaced the front brake pads, rotors and hardware. Cleaned and greased all friction points on the caliper chassis, the guide pins and serviced the calipers pistons. Cleaned the brake rotor mating surface on the hub assembly and applied never seize to prevent rust build up. Secured all bolts and torqued them to spec. Test drove and verified no brake pulsations, grinding, squealing, pulling one way or the other while applying brakes. Job completed.

Operated all mode, blend and recirc functions on dash. Removed glove box and ticking sound coming from recirculation door actuator. Operated defrost and ticking also from recirc door. Scanned codes in hvac for same actuator. Disconnected actuator temporarily for testing. All other features continue to work. Also scanned codes for check engine light. Found DTC P0442 evap small leak and P0455 evap large leak. Transmission codes P0877 trans fluid pressure switch 4 circuit low volts and P0989 trans fluid pressure switch 5 circuit low volts.
Removed and replaced air inlet door actuator. Calibrated system and tested operation.
at this time p0455 and p0989 reset. monitored trans fluid pressure switch 5 and it remained low for every gear and range. would require more diagnosis to determine if a wire, pressure switch or module problem. p0455 is a large evap leak.

p0101, p0171, p0174- these all three should be related to a faulty mass airflow sensor. also advise changining the air filter and cleaning airbox of debris. observed 45 counts on fuel trim and -14 on decel at times and p0101 did reset while testing. P0446 for a vent control performance issue. found the vent solenoid tested operational but found the fuel tank pressure stuck at 4.8 volts and -17 hg. even with fuel cap off and with engine off. Likely a faulty fuel tank pressure sensor but fuel tank needs removed to diagnose fully. Is the fuel pump and fuel sending unit performing properly? would be good time to address any issues with fuel tank removed.
Found the ac compressor binding or slipping and ac pressures going high to 300 psi. There was no airflow going across the radiator and cooling fan was free-wheeling and speeding up engine did not help/ THe refrigerant level was low as well. .871 recovered of a 1.6 lb system. Put a large fan in front of the radiator and operated the ac again. now the high side never went above 250 psi and never duplicated a squeal noise from compressor while testing.

p1101 sets soon after resetting. after test drive also p0171, p0106, p0300 sets. fuel trims at 33% st and 34% LT at idle. seem good while accelerating and go lean again at a cruise speed. Found that the pcv check valve was ruptured and not in place and it is integral to the intake manifold. advise replacing the intake manifold. the pcv diaphragm in valve cover is also a high fail item and causes this same code and they often go hand in hand but this one is not testing ruptured at this time with the tissue test. Can retest this again after the intake is replaced. After replacing intake manifold the fuel trims still remained high at idle and set p0170 and p1101. advise replacing the valve cover and retesting. required one additional part duriing the valve cover repair. Fuel trims now staying near zero and verified the p0171 and p1101 would not reset while testing.
When first test driving vehicle there was not a tpms light but as driving it began to flash and went solid has been on each time driving since.
