    • Verified that a lifter is stuck in the locked position and not releasing when commanded to. aProvided repair options to replace the lifters or disable the cylinder deactivation feature and unstick the bad lifter.
    • Performed brake inspection. Front brake rotors severely warped. Rear drums very old and rusty. Removed rear drums. Drum surface very cut in and front pads at metal. Recommended front pads and rotors, rear drums, shoes and hardware.
    • airbag light for a front impact sensor, trans cooler lines leaky. see recommendations.
    • Removed the VLOM and passenger side valve cover to access #6 cylinder lifters. Used special tool to release intake lifter as needed. Performed the block off procedure on VLOM. Test drove as needed no misfire noted at all and there is no more rocker noise. Job completed.
    • Removed and replaced the front brake pads, rotors and hardware. Cleaned and greased all friction points on the caliper chassis, the guide pins and serviced the calipers pistons. Cleaned the brake rotor mating surface on the hub assembly and applied never seize to prevent rust build up. Secured all bolts and torqued them to spec. Test drove and verified no brake pulsations, grinding, squealing, pulling one way or the other while applying brakes. Job completed.
    • BRAKE INSPECTION – Test drive for brake inspection and remove wheels and diagnose the pad life and caliper function. Check and advice.
    • REAR BRAKES – Remove and repalce the rear brake shoes, hardware and drums. Clean and grease all friction points and adjuster kit.
    • Change license plate bulb.

    • WHEEL CYLINDERS – Remove and replace the wheel cylinders and bleed the brakes.

    • p2122. test drove and watched throttle position values in both throttle body and accelerator pedal. Found that the accelerator pedal sensor was not smooth and consistent as the second sensor. Advise toreplaced accelerator position sensor and relearn sesnor to vehicle.
    • Test drove vehicle. Noticed lots of pulsation in wheel and possibly seat indicating all brakes may be heat warped. Remove wheels. Inspect brake rotors and pad linings. Front rotors grooved with <3mm lining remaining. Rear pads at 5mm. All caliper pistons compress. Recommend service to rear calipers and front pads and rotors.
    • Job complete. Test driven to confirm all repairs.

    • Check why battery drains in 4 hours.
    • Steering wheel off to the left. Vehicle pulls to the right. Rotating tires front to rear and check front steering and suspension.

Tire tread depth – LF __4/32, RF _4_/32, RR __12/32, LR _12_/32. 3. TIRE ROTATION – Yes 4. Preformed basic safety inspection. Job Completed.
    • Battery load test ok 434/600CCA. Recharge suggested. Starting system ok. Charging @14.8v, high ripple. Noticed frayed looking wires going into positive battery terminal. Recommend replacing both battery terminals to ensure good connections. Battery may be starting to go.
    • Rotated tires front to back. Currently Front tires are __/32 and Rear Tires are __/32. Inspected the brake pads for wear. The front has ___MM pad life left and the rear has ___MM Pad/Shoe life left. Programmed the TPMS sensors to current position. Brake inspection, Tire rotation and TPMS programming completed.
    • completed. the cam adjusters are seized at upper control arm so camber caster adjustments not available currently. toe was out a lot. the camber went to green once toe adjusted but there is a neg to positive difference side to side in camber.

    • stabil- trac light comes on and tpms light comes on at times. suspects bad pressure sensor on the LF. SES light check over.
    • TPMS light was not on when testing and check for codes and all 4 sensors had history codes. At this time inflated all tires to 35 psi, relearned all sensors to positions and cleared out history dtcs.
    • LF wheel speed sensor failed
    • Removed and replaced LF wheel hub. Job complete
    • P0010, p0011, p0013 all on for variable valve timing problem. Advise replacing both solenoids and reevaluating. also p0420 on for faulty catalytic converter efficiency. clearing code at this time as possibly related to other codes.
