    • Removed and replaced head gaskets. Topped off all fluids. Test drove and verified no leaks and ran good.
    • Verified engine will not start. found no compression on cyliner in front and one in rear. had low compression on 2 other cylinders. coolant level is low but no external leaks found while testing. Removed timing covers and fond timing belt was broken. water pump had failed and leaking coolant into timing cover cavity. either coolant softened belt or the water pump bearing was seizing or wobbling. Advised replacing the timing belt tensioner also which was included in the timing belt kit. Compression was low and several cylinders.
    • Replaced valves and completed valve job. Resurfaced cylinder heads and pressure checked the cylinder heads. 8 valves were replaced. the rest were resurfaced.

    • Removed and replaced the alternator assembly with new one. Function tested and verified the alternator worked fine. Job completed.
    • Tested and verified the battery is working fine. The battery was completely drained out. Charged the battery and tested it and the battery is holding charge. Tested the alternator after charging the battery and the alternator was bad. Informed the customer that the part is covered under warranty but the labor warranty is out due to being past the two year warranty time. Customer authorized repair. Diagnostic completed.
